    Excessive stress has become an acceptable part of hour daily lives but it can negatively impact our health! Excessive stress has been associated with hairloss, premature greying and even slowing down hair growth. Shocking! So how stressed are you? Don’t know!? Watch out for our stress test and stress buster!

    Now how do we reduce our stress? I take some “me time”, visit friends, having a good laugh,watching random Nigerian movies, run, take pretty pictures, read a good book and the list is endless. Here are some tips below. Try one or two your hair and body will thank you!
